The Study is a senior secondary school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. It is managed by the Khudala Educational Society, Udaipur.

The Study was started in Udaipur in the year 1980 as a Nursery school. It was upgraded to the Primary school level in 1993 and to Upper Primary School a year later in 1992.The Study was recognised as a Secondary school by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, in the year 1995 (Affiliation No. 2541367) and as aSenior Secondary school in the year 1998.

The school is located at Badi on the outskirts of the city in natural, pleasant and pollution free environment amidst the 'Aravalli hills'.

The school office is situated at Ambavgarh which is close to the city centre and near the Fateh Sagar lake. The school is about 7 kms from the Ambavgarh office and the school provides transport facility consisting of nine new and comfortable school buses to take and bring back the students and teachers from Badi.
