Computer Education
With the growing thrust on Information Technology the importance of computer education cannot be overlooked. Computer Education therefore has been introduced in the school from class I onwards as a compulsory subject. Well-equipped computer labs and qualified computer teachers look after this area of education.
Adventure Activities
The school organises Adventure Camps for the students during holidays. During the camp the students acclimatize themselves to live a camp life and carry out various activities of physical fitness like Rock climbing, Rappelling, River crossing, Trekking, Target shooting etc under the supervision of qualified persons.
Vasundhara Nature Club
(Affiliated to World Wild Life Fund)- The club organises camps to bring students close to nature and makes them aware of the flora and fauna of their surroundings.
School Band
The main objective of a band is to bind in harmony the entire audience and environment with the chords of the drums, trumpets, cymbals, bugles, flutes and triangles. The school band of 23 members plays to achieve the above objective.
Scouting
“Be prepared, do a good turn everyday, do ones duty towards the country and help others at all times” are some of the virtues the scout and guide movement tries to instil in the young minds. A trained scouter organizes the activities of the scouts in the school. |
